Mr. Panish has been trained, certified and has been involved in asbestos
abatement projects pertaining to original construction installed fire
rated doors (asbestos core), HVAC (air conditioning ductwork), plumbing
chases and pipe wraps in commercial buildings, court houses, jails, hospitality
and medical environments. He has been the prime contractor participating
in total door replacement projects throughout California where previously
installed asbestos containing door cores were known to exist and needed
to be removed and replaced with modern non-asbestos fire rated door products.
He has been retained for pending mesothelioma legal cases regarding the
actual working environments and site conditions that a door installer
and/or other proximate tradesmen would have encountered during the normal
course of a construction project. He has been retained as expert to offer
his trade experiences regarding construction practices, in-field door
preparations, and trade related operations for commercial, judicial, residential,
industrial warehouses, hospital/medical, and hospitality environments.
